In May 2024, I opened an account with Spinanga and made significant deposits. Despite fulfilling all verification (KYC/AML) requirements, my account was abruptly closed in July 202-shortly after I filed a complaint regarding irregularities and violations of EU regulations, including AML procedures.
The casino refused to provide a clear reason for the closure and ignored repeated requests for transparency, payment, and dialogue. This blog was created to document the full case, present the evidence, and raise awareness about the broader pattern of abuse in the online gambling industry.
We are not alone. Many players worldwide are facing similar treatment. The Spinanga Case is only one piece of a larger puzzle.
