Today, we received a message from a player from the Netherlands, who was interested in opening an account at Mostbet.
She landed on their website and was ready to register until she came across our blog, thanks to a Google Ads campaign.
Curious and cautious, she decided to reach out to support.
She asked directly whether the information published on our blog including the lack of deposit history and concerns about platform transparency was true.
She even shared the blog’s link and mentioned seeing related content on Twitter and TikTok.
So what did Mostbet’s support do?
They started… talking about everything except what she asked.
📎 Summary of the conversation:
1. The player said she was planning to register.
2. After seeing our blog in a Google ad, she decided to investigate first.
3. She contacted live chat and asked a direct question about the content on the blog.
4. She shared the link: http://www.spinangacase.com
5. The response included:
Lines about a “Curacao license,”
Vague claims about “millions of satisfied users,”
Empty slogans about “security and fairness,”
But zero reference to the blog or her actual question.
6. When she asked if she could access a list of her deposits, support admitted that they don’t provide that information – not even via email.
❗ What does that tell us?
Support intentionally dodged the question about the blog even though the link was clearly shared.
Mostbet openly admitted they don’t offer players access to their deposit history, which is a violation of AML transparency standards.
When asked for specifics they replied with marketing fluff and generic phrases.
📣 Our comment:
This case shows that you don’t have to be a victim to see how these operators behave.
The Dutch player didn’t even have an account she just asked questions.
Instead of honest answers, she got corporate slogans and scripted responses.
And yet, it would’ve been so simple to reply:
“Yes, we track all deposits. Here’s how. And here’s our official statement on the blog.”
But they didn’t.
🔔 A message to all players-current and future:
Before you deposit a single unit of currency ask support this simple question:
❓ “Can I access a full list of all my deposits at any time?”
If the answer is:
“No,” “Check with your bank,” or “We don’t offer that”
then you should know: this violates international AML standards.
A casino that doesn’t record your deposits is not operating transparently.
And that never ends well for you or for them.
📌 Special thanks to the player from the Netherlands for her vigilance.
